Light Emitting Diode (LED):

This is the most critical part of the module. The quality of the LEDs, to some extent, determines the quality of the module. Therefore, the selection of LEDs and their application is the most important aspect of the module's optical design.

PCB and Driver Section:

The design of PCB traces directly affects the uniformity of the module's illumination. For example, asymmetric power trace routing or excessively thin power lines may result in dark or bright rows during operation.

Driver Section:

The constant current consistency of the driver IC also impacts the module's illumination. If the constant current output of a driver IC is unstable or deviates significantly, dark or bright streaks may appear. Therefore, the design of the module's circuit requires compensation for monochromaticity, which has now been implemented.

Brightness Adjustment Section:

This section mainly includes a VR (Variable Resistor) and related resistors. By adjusting the VR, the current is altered, thereby changing the brightness.

Mechanical Components:

The mechanical parts of a module currently consist of a base shell, mask, and other components. The design of the base shell and mask also affects the module's illumination. For instance, a longer brim on the mask reduces the vertical viewing angle of the module. If the color of a row’s brim differs, its illumination effect will vary from other rows.
